We introduced new level for temp workers

We added a new level for temp workers: 'Candidate.' A candidate is someone who has completed both parts of the onboarding and has a verified ID. Currently, the ability to set someone to the worker level is only available through the database. However, in the current sprint, we are ensuring that this functionality will also be available through HQ. The candidate feature will be available for use in production at the end of the current Sprint 17.

Temp worker at candidate level can apply for a shift

Temp workers at the candidate level can apply for a shift; however, their application is visible only for HQ users and cannot be approved. The banners were changed to notify the temp worker, that because of their level, they have to be contacted, before they can be apply for work.
