HQ user is able to enter or update personal information for worker

HQ users can now enter or edit a worker's personal information. This allows them to assist with onboarding when automatic verification fails.

What type of personal information?

• HQ users can enter the date of birth for the worker.
• HQ users can enter the BSN for the worker, but only if the VAT number is not available.

HQ user can update the level of worker

Despite upgrading the service and dependencies, we continued to face issues with the ID check in the app, which we've been investigating and fixing over the past sprints. To address this, we added a feature that allows HQ users to update a worker’s level if they have the necessary data. This enables HQ to assist workers directly when they are unable to proceed through the standard process in the app.

What are the levels HQ can promote worker to?

Freelancer:

• Explorer → Starter - This is possible if the worker has provided BSN, bank account details, and date of birth is entered.

We added properties about the worker to Hubspot

We’ve added new properties for workers in HubSpot. Now, we can see the companies and job types workers have applied to, which helps us better target them with opportunities, such as upcoming job openings
