Shift click multi select on Planner’s screen

• Under this feature we delivered quicker and easier forwarding shift to a partner.
  • HQ user can select one or multiple shifts and forward them to a partner. Selecting multiple shifts is based on the partner relation. Meaning if those selected shifts already have relation to same partner they can be forwarded. If you (as HQ user) select multiple shifts, which don’t have relation to the same partner, you won’t be able to forward those shifts. Added to this feature is the possibility to HOLD SHIFT while selecting a shift, and then select another shift, by which you can select multiple shifts in one go! - see attached video.

Filter checkouts and checked out in Partner Portal

• Under this feature we delivered the option to filter on checkouts and checked out screen in Partner portal. Partner users are able to filter on date, company and job type. As you can see in the video attached, if partner user filters on checkouts screen, the filter applies for the counter offer screen as well.

Create a message when a shift claim of a Partner worker gets updated

• With delivering this feature, partner users are familiar when the shift claim with assigned worker is updated by HQ/ OGP user. The message is delivered immediately after items below are updated:
  • Department
  • Job
  • Start date
  • Start time
  • End date
  • End time
  • Number of places
  • Pause

The message contains all of these informations. The message is set to state “to do” by default to notify the user about new message. The user can mark the message as “done”.

Update, inactivate or archive a Partner Company

• By delivering this feature, HQ users are able to archive partner company. The requirements for archiving partner’s company are:

  • All shifts has to be in settled state

  • HQ user has to deactivate the company, after that the “archive” button becomes clickable. After archiving partner’s company, it’s not displayed anymore on the preview of partner’s companies.

Add project checkouts to the collective invoice

• Till this point only shifts were visible on collective invoices, by delivering this feature we are displaying also projects there. Projects are displayed with same design and data as shifts. Meaning, there is:
  • Start date
  • End date
  • Job name
  • First and last name of the flex-worker
  • Flex-worker’s BTW-ID
  • Flex-worker’s address
  • [Hourly rate for the completed job x completed hours]
